In your room
HEATING & AIR conditioning
Your room temperature is controlled from a touch screen near the front door. Temperature in winter or summer can be managed directly with the touch screen. The temperature can be adjusted using the central icon, and the ventilation power can be adjusted via the right-hand icon. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Check-out time is 12 p.m. For those who want to make the most of their green haven, we will do out best to accomodate a late check-out request.
ROOM SERVICE
If you prefer to enjoy the comfort of your room, our room service menu offers an array of colourful dishes at any time of the day. To order, log on directly to our app or call 5210.
do not disturb/ CLEAN my room
If you do not wish to be disturbed, activate the red switch near your front door. To inform us that you would like us to clean your room, you can activate the green switch.
SAFE
To keep your most precious possessions safe, electronic safes are available in all rooms. To lock the safe, enter a 4-digit code and press "close". To open it, simply enter the code and press "Clear". If you have forgotten your secret code (your birthday?), please contact reception (9 from the phone in your room).

MINIBAR
In the minibar, you'll find a curated selection of products, including superfoods for sports enthusiasts and drinks and spirits to quench even the most persistent thirst. The minibar is available at an additional cost, and the menu is available in hard copy in the minibar, or directly on our app.
IRONING & LAUNDRY
A steamer is at your disposal in your room's wardrobe, an ironing board and iron are also available upon request. For the dry-cleaning service, simply fill in the form in one of the room cupboards and leave the laundry bag in plain view before you leave or ask us to come pick it up directly in our app.
SPEAKERS
Switch on the speaker by first pressing the button on the left, on top of the speaker. To choose the mode you want on the speaker, press the "mode" button for bluetooth, the radio... Select "bluetooth" to connect via bluetooth, the speaker will appear as "Revival Uno BT". The light is now blue and no longer flashing, so you can listen to your music.
TELEVISION
Our rooms are equipped with high-definition flat screens with HDMI ports and integrated Chromecast. To share your phone or tablet screen, follow the instructions displayed on the TV screen in the Chromecast tab.
WIFI
Our wifi is freely accessible and free for all customers. Choose the "LaFantaisie_Guest" network and accept the terms of use. If you have any problems connecting, we're here to help.
STATIONERY
Because Paris is a never ending source of inspiration, you'll find a notepad and pencil in your room, but we can also supply paper on request. Envelopes and correspondence cards are also available at reception.
ADAPTER
For globetrotters, international adapters are available in the drawer of your night stand. Should you need more than one, please reach out to our Reception team.
UMBRELLA
Paris in the rain is just as charming, so take advantage of the umbrellas available at the hotel reception desk to visit without getting wet!
PETS
Pets are welcome in all rooms and areas of the hotel, with the exception of the spa. We would be delighted to provide a bed and bowl for your furry friend. Please contact our team to make a request. Our team can also book a petsitter if needed.
Hotel services
PARKING
If you are arriving by car, you can park in our parking lot depending on the size of your vehicle and the availability, or in a public parking lot that we will recommend you. Please note that it is preferable to book in advance, as the number of spaces is limited. Parking is not included in your room rate and will be charged 50 Euros per night.
RECEPTION
For luggage transport, travel arrangements, activity organization, restaurant reservations and any other requests, please contact reception. Our team will be on hand to advise you on the most authentic experiences, their latests finds and the best places to shop.
WAKE-UP CALL
If you're worried about missing your plane or train, or simply enjoy the sound of our voice in the early hours of the morning, reception will call you at the time you prefer to wake you up gently.
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping team will clean your room twice a day: a first time in the morning and a second time in the evening between 6 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
Additionnal Amenities
Because we know that you cannot travel with your entire home, we have several amenities available upon request. Please contact our team at 5115 or 5410 to make a request:
- Baby amenities such as high chair, changing mat, cot, bottle warmer or bathtubs are available upon resquest
- Because sleep is the most important thing, you can also choose your pillows between our selection including: synthetic pillows, goose feather pillows or memory foam pillows.
- We would also be able to provide you with the following in case you need it: razor, toothbrush, sewing kit, shoe cleaning kit, sanitary towel, or additional towels and linens.

We work with trustworthy people for all your babysitting or petsitting needs. Don't hesitate to contact our teams, who will take care of everything so that you can enjoy Paris with complete peace of mind.
ELECTRIC BIKE
Two electric bikes are available for your to use during your stay. Should you wish to book one, please contact our reception team. Please note that use is limited to 3 consecutive hours so that all our guests can enjoy them.
Business center
We do not have a business center, but do not hesitate to reach out to our Reception team should you need a space to work and we will do our best to find you a suitable one (upon request and availability). A tablet is also available at our Guest Relation desk should you need one.
Concierge
Our Guest Relation team is always on hand to help you organise your stay. From airport transfer, to activity reservations, restaurant bookings you can contact them by dialing 5115 from the phone in your room or directly at the desk.

Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant Golden Poppy from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., but can also be enjoyed in the outdoor terrace or to take-away if your are on the go.
GOLDEN POPPY
Hailing from San Francisco, the French chef Dominique Crenn is opening her first Parisian address. Golden poppy is in the image of the chef, vibrant, free and environmentally conscious. Full of light and open onto the garden, golden poppy celebrates seasonal vegetables and seafood in healthy and creative dishes.
The restaurant is open daily from :
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Café
A window open onto Rue Cadet, the café welcomes you from breakfast till evening, indoors or on the terrace, in a condensed version of La Fantaisie. A brasserie at lunchtime and in the evening, the colorful dishes created by chef Dominique Crenn will brighten up any occasion.
The Café welcomes you daily from 7:00 a.m. until 11 p.m.
Baby chairs are available in the Café upon request.
BAR SUR LE TOIT
Our Bar sur le Toit rooftop bar on the seventh floor opens onto a terrace planted with trees, offering a rare view over the rooftops of Paris. Intimate and flower-filled, the bar plays the colorful cocktail card and comes alive with inspired, joyful and delightful notes.
The Bar sur le Toit is open from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.
The spa
Inspired by our gardens and ancient springs, our spa invites you to relaxe by experiencing the ritual of bathing, or to disconnect with a treatment by the French vegan brand Holidermie. Our facilities feature three massage rooms including a double room, four baths: cold water, mineral water, hot water and jacuzzi, an ice fountain as well as a hammam, sauna, infrared sauna and a fitness studio. Our spa offers an array of massage, body, facials and beauty treatments. Should you wish to be pampered by our recommended hair stylists, we would be delighted to arrange an appointement for you directly in the hotel spa, please contact our team at 5300 for more information.
As the spa is unsupervised, access is strictly forbidden to minors under 14 unaccompanied by their parents.
The full treatment menu is available on our app or at reception, and you can book an appointment directly via our app or by contacting the spa on 5300 or "spa button".
The spa is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fitness
Our fitness studio is located in the spa and open daily from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. It features a NOHRD indoor bike, free weights, bench press, yoga mats, wall bars and a plate loaded machines with virtual trainer.
If you need guidance or a little motivation, we have partnered with trusted trainers in Paris and would be delighted to book a session for you. Please contact our spa team by dialing the 5300.
L'Atelier
Our meeting room on the first floor can accommodate up to 15 people and offers a stunning view over the lush garden.

Important informations
OVERNIGHT access
Between 11:30 pm and 7 am, you can open the hotel's main door using your room key. If you forget your card, ring the "Accueil" intercom and our on-site teams will welcome you.
VIDEO surveillance
For your safety, cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel. If you have a specific request, please contact us.
NIght presence
At night, one person is always present at the hotel reception. In case of emergency, please cooperate and follow safety instructions.

Fire safety
Anticipation:
- Find out about the hotel's security arrangements and inform reception of any suspicious presence.
- Locate the emergency exits and fire extinguishers closest to your room.
- Read the evacuation plan on the back of your room door.
- Do not leave battery-powered electronic devices such as electronic cigarettes plugged in unsupervised.
Reaction:
- If you think a fire has broken out, please notify reception immediately.
- If a fire breaks out in the corridor or in your room, be extremely careful when touching the handle and opening the door.
- If you are able to leave your room, proceed immediately to the nearest emergency exit. Avoid all smoke-filled areas
- Never use elevators.
Survival :
- If you can't leave your room, stay calm, fill the bathtub and wet the sheets and towels at your disposal
- Place wet towels around the door and air vents to prevent smoke from entering the room

Sustainable development and environmental protection are a priority for La Fantaisie. We would therefore be extremely grateful if you would join us in this effort to protect our beautiful planet.
Before leaving your room, remember to unplug your electronic equipment. If you're leaving your room for the day, turn down the heating or air-conditioning.
Your bed linens will be changed every three days, should you wish to use them a little longer, please let our Reception team know. The same applies to your towels, if you wish to keep using them, please hang them on the towel dryer. On the contrary, if you would like the linens to be replaced more often, do let our Reception team know and we will happily do so.
